For over 35 years God has been using Randy to mentor men in their pursuit of a deeper life in Christ and develop leadership teams. This life-long passion has led him to a ministry of encouragement to pastors and ministry leaders of men by resourcing local churches ministry with men.

Randy and his wife, Diana, have been blessed by multiple opportunities to do ministry together in diverse circumstances traveling on two mission trips through Volunteers In Service Abroad: one to Paraguay for one year, and another to the Dominican Republic.

Randy and Diana have led Homebuilder's Bible study groups for more than 30 years, participated in Weekends to Remember by Family Life where they now serve as Ministry Advisors and help local churches provide hosted events such as The Art of Marriage and Stepping Up for men.

Randy has had relationship with Man in the Mirror a national ministry with men as a Field Trainer and is currently a Regional Rep with Men's Fraternity. Randy has mentored many young men through their local churches. Randy has networked with urban ministries in the Detroit Metropolitan area and Flint helping develop numerous gatherings of men from game dinners, weekend retreats, men's prayer breakfasts. Randy speaks often to church groups and is developing contracts with churches for "Coaching" their ministry with men.

Randy has served also as the Director of Stadium Events for Teen Mania Ministries and served as a National Event Manager for Promise Keepers. Previously, he has served as the President of the East Michigan Conference of the Free Methodist Church Ministry to Men and has served on the Executive Board for the Genesee Valley Men of Christ creating a nationally recognized "National Day of Prayer - Community Prayer Breakfast."

Currently, Randy and Diana are part of the volunteer leadership team at Harvest Bible Chapel Granger near South Bend, IN as they are intentional grandparents developing the marriage ministry and are part of a small group. As a family they love antiques, camp, kayak, backpack and fish together. Always looking for God's beauty in the out of doors Randy says mountains must be God's backdrop to Heaven.
